This is work each of us engages in every day. We all want to feel more consistently stable and happy and we seek ways to accomplish this. Some of us feel closer to this goal than others, but there are very few who could not benefit from getting to know themselves a little better.
I work with many very bright clients who are overall truthfully far smarter than I am. But because I live and breathe Psychology, and because I offer an independent perspective on their lives, many of these clients have told me that coming to therapy has greatly benefited their lives. I too have been deeply enriched by many of the people I have worked with.
Even if you do not feel the symptoms of overwhelming anxiety or depression, but you feel that you may engage in some self-defeating habits or sometimes fail to enjoy your life fully despite your hard work, I encourage you to call or email me to discuss the potential benefits of therapy.
